For the past four years, EDGE has provided a bespoke English training program for seafarers, enabling mastery of both conversational and professional English—key to delivering flawless luxury service on board.

At each session, we began by sharing about our day or weekend, then worked on vocabulary, grammar, and conjugation through a variety of exercises: describing comic strips, completing sentences, listening exercises with comprehension questions… During group discussions, key English terms were displayed on the screen, which made learning easier. We also covered maritime English, which I really enjoyed and which helped me with my CGO training. At the end of each class, we received the course materials on the drive.
